NIGERIA AND ITS POLITICS OF ETHNICITY.

Political ethnicity is the bedrock of Nigeria politics.Since after independence,this has been a major problem.People no longer find solace in Nigeria politics.This is one factor that has been hindering Nigeria politics.People act in favour of their ethic-relation once elected into political office irrespective of their educational qualfication or bacground.They find job any where they like wihout been sure of their certificate.This in essence has caused mass unemployment to other ethic group.The leaders of Nigeria is the leaders of ethic group not Nigeria as a Nation.This is one factor that made Nigeria government unprogressive irrespective of effort been put in place to ensure success.Nigeria became amalgameted country in 1914 by Lord Frederick Lugard.Since then Nigeria has been one Nation.Nigeria's amalgamation came in excistence to ensure smooth- running of colonial administration.But now the effect is unbearable.This has been the cause of Nigeria civil war.Since after the war, what is happening is happening.No body knows which way.The high rate of ethic politics continue to dominate day after day.One ethic group continue to dominate the other.This has caused mass unemployment, poverty,exploitation and dehumanisation of  one ethic by another.The slogan is one Nigeria but that is not what we see.

SOLUTION TO NIGERIA ETHINICITY POLITICS:
One thing is for sure.If Nigeria has to be good,we have to change our mind-set.This is one idea that breed high ethic feelings among members of a particular ethic group.If our mind set can be change about the issue of whom our real brother is whereby we see everybody as our brother so far we are one nation,this will smooth running of the government.We are one Nigeria,indeed we are one and we have to be one because we accepted to be one for peace and unity of the nation.
Another issue is multiple political parties.This is another factor that breed high ethic politics in Nigeria in Nigeria.Some of this party do not aim to win election.Some are out to promote ethic violence and political quagmire.They are out to support one political party against the interest of another political party base on ethic issues.Truth must be told.We are not helping issue here.This is totally to our own detriment.This destoys instead of building the nation as one.We have to maintain two party system.This will do us more good just like United State of America.Power shift from one political party to another.We have to do this to stablize our political party and the nation as a whole.

THE NEW FACE OF CORRUPTION FIGHTERS IN NIGERIA.

Am greately amazed at the new face of corruption fighters in Nigeria.First of all, lets examine the concept "Corruption".The concept concept corruption have no universally accepted definition.To this end,many have asked the question and many have answered the question concerning the word corruption.Everybody ask and answer according to his or her own perception or view.For me the word corruption is attrubuted to something against the ethics and codes of doing something.Something violeting the positivity of an action.Something shortcuted in order to gain access where one does not suppose to or a situation whereby one uses his or her position to serve everyone for selfish purposes.Taking away what belong to everyone for personal interest.This is my own understanding of the word corruption and this is what government of Nigeria and other African countries are doing saying that they are leading their people.Tell me exactly what you don't know in government of Nigeria.Are you not seeing clear?Do you need a sootsayerto tell you the exact thing that is happening in Nigeria.It is not hidden.It is open.The palm cannot cover the day.Darkness can never cover the light.The corruption fighters in Nigeria are the corruption makers.Opposition fighting opposition is the ideal corruption fighters of Nigeria.Why not them tell themself the truth?Well, they know what they are doing.They are just deceiving themself thinking that they are deceiving the general puplic.That Nigeria is not good is the product of ourself service leaders

NIGERIA,BUHARI AND NORTHERNISATION AGENDA.

Good day Mr.President.I must say that Nigerians are solidly behind you starting from your day 1 as president. The greatest support started before you assume the office of the president which actually saw you there as president because of people's optmistic tha you will deliver.But prior to your assumption as the president, what people see around you is northern agenda.This is clear from your area of appointment.Many have been appointed but majority seems to be north.This is not a clear or true definition of federalism.

It afford me great pleasure to tell you something secret about the power of success.If you really want to know and really want to help yourself,i want to tell you that power of success is mind set.To unlock your mind set from that of poor mind to rich mind.It is all about packaging and believing in whom you are.If you take your self as poor,you are definitely poor and if you take yourself as rich,you are rich.If you really want to succeed in life,this is the first issue you have to do.Just believe in yourself that you can do it.The most successful people in life is the investors and business owners.The employee or self-managed business men and women lacks the ingredients of success because of their inability to ulock their poor or managed mind.If you want to succeed in life their must be sacrifice.But the employee or self -managed ones fear to take this action.They fear that they may not succeed.That is the poor mind.You have to amend it.To succeed in life failure must come first.You should not panic.Panic is another issue here.It is a disorder and destruction of success or planned success.Panic is not good in any thing one is doing.Self-centrered is another issue here.This is inordinate action people always take by believing in themself alone without considering what ever that come from another.
