Schools closed Monday in wake of Typhoon Mangkhut chaos  
Hong Kong's Education Bureau has announced that all Monday school classes have been cancelled, regardless of whether a typhoon or rainstorm warning remains in place on the day. The bureau said the decision was made for the sake of safety and to allow time for repairs.
